Terms of Use
Last updated: July 6, 2026
The short version: Swish is a tool that helps you delete your own photos. You're responsible for what you choose to delete, iOS confirms every deletion, and the app is provided as-is. Be sure of a cut before you empty your Recently Deleted album.
Acceptance
By downloading or using Swish ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Because Swish is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app; where these terms and Apple's EULA overlap, Apple's EULA governs your license to use the app.
What Swish does
Swish helps you review the photos and videos in your library and delete the ones you no longer want, so you can free up storage on your device. Deletion is performed through the standard iOS system, which asks you to confirm before anything is removed and moves deleted items to your "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days.
Your responsibility for deletions
You are solely responsible for deciding which photos and videos to keep or delete. Swish is a tool that acts on your instructions. We are not responsible for any photos, videos, or data you choose to delete, including anything permanently removed after you empty your Recently Deleted album. We strongly recommend keeping a backup (for example, iCloud Photos or another backup you trust) before doing any large cleanup.
Purchases and subscriptions
Swish offers optional paid features ("Swish Pro"), which may be sold as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. We cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests are made through Apple.
Acceptable use
Please use Swish only for its intended purpose — managing your own photo library on a device you own or control. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Swish is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
